International Freight Solutions was approached by a lady in the United Kingdom to arrange the shipping of an electric powered mobility wheelchair, for her relative in Canada. Sashika had used this specific model of wheelchair by Mobility Plus for a long time and could only source a new one from the UK.

There were certain regulations that had to be overcome, with regards to shipping lithium batteries, but IFS managed to provide an Air Freight service that allowed for this and it only took 1 week for delivery to Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. We have used Paul and his team multiple times over the past couple of years and have never had a problem. They always work hard to find the best solution, and they deliver every time. We had a major client putting a lot of pressure on us due to manufacturing delays. Paul sorted the transport quickly and kept adapting the arrangements whenever delays changed, which made things much easier for us. He managed to get our shipment from Spain to England within two days. The pricing is very reasonable and completely justified for the level of service provided. Communication is always clear throughout the entire transport process, and they consistently deliver quickly and reliably. I would highly recommend Paul and his team. We never have to worry when we contact him, and he is the only freight forwarder we trust because of the consistently excellent service.
