What exactly is a commercial Invoice?
A commercial invoice is a special export document that is a requirement to ensure your package is cleared through customs. Please carefully fill in all the required information throughout this form, to ensure your shipment successfully clears customs.

I moved to IFS to follow Cath Gibson when she changed jobs last year as she is just fantastic to work with and always goes the extra mile for us. Some of our shipments are not the easiest! I just let her liaise directly with our customers once I have done the initial introduction as it just makes all of our lives easier with her experience and knowledge. I never have to chase her for updates on dates or anything, it just comes naturally to her to send them. So nice to work with like minded people!
