I moved to IFS to follow Cath Gibson when she changed jobs last year as she is just fantastic to work with and always goes the extra mile for us. Some of our shipments are not the easiest! I just let her liaise directly with our customers once I have done the initial introduction as it just makes all of our lives easier with her experience and knowledge. Using IFS is always straight forward and easy and I haven't ever had any issues when using them. Jamie is quick and efficient with quotes and orders and always so helpful. In addition, he provides the tracking information when available, along with the POD when the delivery had been made, allowing me to keep my own customer informed.
