I had an excellent experience with Paul and his team arranging the shipment of my electric wheelchair from the UK to Canada. Paul went above and beyond to negotiate a better shipping rate and coordinate the shipment through FedEx.
Communication was clear and helpful throughout the entire process, and my wheelchair arrived safely and on time. As someone who relies on my wheelchair every day for mobility and independence, this meant a great deal to me.
I truly appreciate the kindness, professionalism, and excellent service. Highly recommended!

I needed an antique dining table shipping to family in Queensland Australia. I was dreading the whole process but it couldn’t have been simpler thanks to Paul and the team at IFS.The service they provided was outstanding every step of the way, not to mention the impeccable packing of the table!
