It was sheer grit on part of IFS agent John Collumbine to get my stuff delivered from UK to India when FedEx messed up the consignment value and...<\/span>charged warehouse charges for the delay.

John (IFS) went out of his way and took it up with FedEx and made them pay for all the extra charges amounting to around 500 GBP.

I am extremely happy with the company's service and the work ethics of its employees.
